Three problems worth writing up
Written the way I would brief a team: context, constraints, what we chose, what it cost, and what I would do differently. Numbers where I have them, nothing invented where I do not.
-
Redesigning Medication Safety: Cutting Administration Errors in a Life-Critical Workflow
How a clearer chart hierarchy reduced hesitation and misreads at the point of care. -
Scaling Design at Speed: Building a System for 8 Designers Across a Care Platform
Turning inconsistent patterns into shared infrastructure, without slowing the team down. -
From Fragmented to Focused: Giving Care Teams a Shared View of Progress
Replacing scattered updates with one clear picture of what's on track and what's not.
What is not here
Most of my work is inside a live product used by care providers, so I write about decisions and outcomes rather than showing screens I cannot share. If you want to talk through the detail, including the parts that went badly, I am happy to do that in a conversation.
